Daily Encouragement For February 12:

Jesus, I remember the time I was so lost and confused, You called and called until got through. Dragging my feet, so helpless and weak, You showed me Your love when I could no longer defeat the struggles that had me beat.

Thank You for reminding me that You were the One to pick me up, to make me strong, to give me hope. Thank you for being the one Who took my place, while I should be crucified, You carried my cross, You took the nails just for me.

Now, You promise to never leave me and never forsake me, and I cannot imagine a day without You. There is no way to thank You for the sacrifice You made, other than to offer myself as a living sacrifice to You, You, to die to my self and to live life through You.

Jesus, You are my Teacher, the truth, the life, and the way. Now, take me in the hand, and show me Your perfect plan. Although it's not required it's something I must do to thank You for Your love for me.

There are times when I have turned my back on You and even snubbed You when You called my name. Yet, even when I ignored You and went my own way, You never ceased to show me the way.

You show me who I am, You tell me that I am precious and that You will always be by my side. Your love is unconditional, no matter what I have done, You never forget that I am Yours. When I am tired and weary and cannot run, You pick me up and carry me all the way through.

You promise to never leave me, to always be by my side, through think and thin, to the promised land.
Your forgiveness is eternal, it will never end, forever and always for eternity.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30.
