Encouragement For February 22:
There
is a promise through our sorrow, a better hope for tomorrow.
There
is a promise of light through the shadows affright.
When you
get discouraged or face tremendous fear, remember, God is near.
With
your heart in tune with Jesus, your source of love, joy, and peace,
be mindful of His promise, that all suffering He would cease.
He
has cried your tears of sadness, He has felt your every pain, He has
walked your path before, give all glory to His name.
Just
listen for the Spirit, as He whispers peace be still, for there is
joy and comfort beyond on Calvary's hill.
If the sky is dark
and if the earth should quake, remember life has struggles on the
journey that we take.
The aftermath of sorrow is beauty and
pure light, if we can fight the battle and pray with all our soul and
might.
He sent us rainbow colors to follow the sun through the
rain, He showed us His miracles come from the pain.
There is a
promise through the Savior, “Come to me and I will give you rest.”
Praise God, He will help you past the test.
Christ is
our great Redeemer, He promised he would never leave, He will guide
us for eternity.
“Come
unto me, all
ye
that
labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take
my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart:
and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For
my yoke
is
easy,
and my burden is light.”
- Matthew 11:28-30.
