Encouragement For April 10:
What To Tell The Devil
When
the devil is on your back and you feel like you just cannot shake
him, tell him to get off!
He cannot stay on to you because God is
right there beside you.
When the devil keeps you up at night,
tell him to get out of your bed!
God is your security
blanket.
When the devil keeps reminding you of your past tell
him where his future is!
You are forgiven and all your sins are
forgotten.
When
the devil causes sickness and pain, tell him get away from your
body!
You are covered and healed by the blood.
When the
devil is in your house, tell him to get out!
Where God is invited
the devil cannot stay.
When
the devil is bothering you at work, tell him to leave!
God will
intercede.
When the devil is messing with your children, tell
him to take his hands off them!
God has laid His hands on
them.
Tell the devil you have no time for his nonsense,
criticism or fears. Tell him that you
are on a mission, and you
walk by faith!
Tell the devil no more tears, heartaches, or
headaches because there's another who
has the power to restore
your soul!
Tell the devil you have a gentle, powerful inner
peace within you that leaves no room for confusion!
Tell the
devil you will respond lovingly and kidnly to a crying child, a
tense spouse, or an impatient friend!
Tell the devil you will
find no fault with a relative, friend, or colleague!
Tell the
devil leave your tongue alone for today you will not talk of anyone,
before placing God at the beginning of your thought!
Tell the
devil, wherever you are, God Is With You!
“For
where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable,
gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits,
without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of
righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.”
- James 3:16-18.
